MImAbs is a CRO mastering thegeneration and characterization of antibodies/ADCs and aiming to accelerate novel therapeutics to the regulatory phase. With the incorporation of cutting-edge cell screening technology (Beacon® Optofluidic System), we have streamlined the labour-intensive antibody discovery process, enabling the identification of rare ‘needle-in-a-haystack’ highly specific antibodies. By mastering this technology, MImAbs guarantees the generation of antibodies for the most challenging targets. Antibodies can then be engineered as Fc-competent, -silent, naked or coupled with the desired linker-payloads for testing as ADCs. At MImAbs we constantly interrogate the biochemical behaviour and pharmacological profile of the candidates. Their developability is assessed using our comprehensive pre-CMC analytical support. In parallel, we offer an integrated suite of pharmacological models to validate your immunotherapeutic approach. With our integration into the Janvier Group, any client can benefit from a larger choice of mouse models (genetically engineered mice, KI, and proprietary models from JC Discovery) and PDX models (XenTech SAS), best suited to assess the efficacy of your most promising candidates.
