About us
QuantaCell is a French company specialized in quantitative biomedical image analysis. We combine artificial intelligence, advanced image processing and scientific expertise to transform complex microscopy images into robust, actionable quantitative data.
Based in Montpellier, QuantaCell supports academic, hospital, biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations in research projects and preclinical studies. We also develop dedicated software for histology, digital pathology and quantitative analysis of 2D/3D cellular models.

QuantaCell provides custom biomedical image analysis services for histology and digital pathology, 2D/3D microscopy, organoids and spheroids, high-content imaging and time-lapse microscopy.
Our capabilities include tissue, organoid, cell and nuclei segmentation, cell phenotyping, biomarker quantification, morphological and intensity measurements, spatial analysis and object tracking over time. For advanced studies, we develop custom AI and deep-learning models and quantitative workflows tailored to the biological question.
QuantaCell also develops HistoMetriX, for quantitative histology and digital pathology, and AssayScope, for quantitative analysis of organoids, spheroids and 2D/3D cellular models.
