About us
IVETh is the first industrial integrator specialized in biotherapy and bioproduction (France 2030 program), entirely dedicated to the production, engineering, and characterization of extracellular vesicles for therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. Our hub of expertise and technological innovation aims to promote the industrialization of innovative processes in healthcare.
With 15 years of expertise in the field of extracellular vesicles and financial support of €4 million, IVETh brings together a multidisciplinary team consisting of physicists, chemists, biologists, physicians, pharmacists, and data scientists. Our state-of-the-art equipment park located in the heart of Paris gathers all technological advancements to produce and characterize the full complexity of extracellular vesicles. Our multimodal approach, allowing access to the physical, chemical, and biological properties of extracellular vesicles, is enhanced by the integration of artificial intelligence.
Our mission is to accelerate technological maturation, from research laboratory to patient bedside, by harnessing health innovations based on extracellular vesicles and nanovectors for therapy and diagnosis.

IVETh brings together multidisciplinary technological expertise for:
- Production at different scales (100mL - 1L bioreactors, multi-flasks),
- Purification (filtration, ultracentrifugation),
- Multimodal characterization: individual particle tracking, interferometric microscopy, phenotypic characterization, flow cytometry, Raman spectroscopy, analytical separation [MALS/UV/RI/DLS],
- Visualization of extracellular vesicles (nanoscopy),
- Characterization of therapeutic potential and biodistribution of extracellular vesicles (high-throughput screening and analysis by confocal microscopy), biophysical assay platforms ("organ-on-chip", animal embryos),
- Multivariate data analysis (multimodal) for automated classification in diagnostic applications (biofluids) or quality control (therapeutic extracellular vesicle production).
