GENXMAP offers a wide range of services and R&D development in genomic and transcriptomic analysis tailored to the challenges of biotherapy, including:
- Genomics:
Identification of therapeutic targets, characterization of genetic variations influencing treatment responses, study of gene regulation mechanisms involved in complex diseases, and development of personalized therapies.
Offered techniques: DNA extraction and purification, genotyping (detection of insertions/deletions, SNP analysis, CNV analysis), library preparation, and sequencing for whole genome analysis (WGS), whole exome sequencing (WES), and metagenomics.
- Transcriptomics:
We identify biomarkers of efficacy and toxicity, study signaling pathways involved in treatment responses, and support the development of new biologic drugs, including gene and cell therapies.
Offered techniques: RNA extraction and purification, gene expression measurement (RT-qPCR TaqMan or SyberGreen, and digital PCR), library preparation, bulk-RNA sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing, and spatial transcriptomics.
We have optimized these analyses for various biological models (human, mouse, stem cells, organoids, etc.) and sample types (blood, tissues, cultured cells).
New services: Biosourcing and Proteomics
In an integrative approach, GenXmap now offers, in partnership with specialized players, a biosourcing solution providing access to high-quality biological materials (human and murine). Additionally, we have expanded our expertise to proteomics with services such as immunostaining, confocal microscopy, and HCS (high-throughput screening), ELISA tests, and cytometry.
