- Diaclone antibodies are murine monoclonal antibodies specific for the detection of mainly human proteins. These antibodies can be used in a wide range of applications including ELISA, ELISpot, flow cytometry, western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and bioassays.
- Diaclone ELISA kits are highly sensitive tests designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of natural and recombinant proteins from serum, plasma, culture supernatant and biological fluid.
- Diaclone ELISpots kits are highly specific immunoassays for the analysis of the production and secretion of cytokines and other soluble molecules from T lymphocytes at the level of a single cell in conditions close to the in vivo environment with minimal cell manipulation.
- A service platform for the custom development of monoclonal antibodies derived from hybridomas or recombinants, for their characterisation, controls and the development of immunoassays.
