About us
At a time when personalised medicine is becoming a pillar of healthcare, biotherapies are becoming increasingly important. A LEEM study predicts that employment in this sector will double by 2030 (10,000 jobs). So we need to anticipate this need and train future employees now in the challenges of bioproduction and biotesting. Through the BIOT2@Normandie project (23-CMAS-0032), the University of Rouen-Normandie and its partners are pursuing two major objectives: to raise awareness of bioproduction among 300,000 people and to train 720 people at Bac+3 level, 304 at Bac+5 level and 6 at Bac+8 level. With the support of 10 academic and industrial partners, the project will offer 5 new training courses to ensure that teaching is in step with the latest technological advances, from therapeutic antibodies to advanced therapy medicinal products (ITMs). To achieve these objectives, the teaching facilities are aligned with current and future industrial issues, ensuring optimum training for tomorrow's companies.
